11.27am: Advertising group boosted by American move
From now on share in the advertising group will be traded in the US on the OTCQX Best market, with the aim of diversifying its investor base and allowing it to be traded by American broker-dealers.
The business already operates in the US, as well as Europe and China.
Chief executive Stephan Beringe said: [This] marks another valuable step in our strategic plans in the US. As we focus on developing technology that will define the in-content advertising space, we look forward to global investors having increased access to our shares and joining our journey as we deliver against our objectives.

Leading shares may be losing some of their early lustre but investors are buying into Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LON:HIK).
The company is the biggest riser in the blue chip index, up 61p or 2.57% at 2439p after it said it had resumed the launch in the US of its generic version of GlaxoSmithKline s Advair Diskus treatment for asthma and pulmonary diseases.
Argo Blockchain agrees deal to construct Texas mining facility
The crypto-miner said it has signed a contract with mining facility designer Navier to co-develop its new location in Helios
Argo Blockchain PLC (LON:ARB) said it signed a contract with Navier Inc, a specialist designer and builder of cryptocurrency mining facilities, to co-develop the company’s new facility in Helios, Texas.
The crypto-miner said under the agreement Navier will provide consulting services relating to the design and construction of the new facility, including the co-design of electrical infrastructure capable of supporting 200 megawatts of mining.
Navier will also work with Argo to install “next-generation immersion technology” which is designed to boost mining productivity, control heat and increase the lifespan of the installed mining rigs.
Oilex raises funds to take full control of Indian gas project

Oilex Limited (LON:OEX) has seen its shares gush up after it finalised the funding to take full control of an Indian gas project, something it has been trying to do for more than four years.
It has wanted to buy the 55% of the Cambay field it does not own since 2016 but it got into a spat with its partner - the state-backed Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited (GSPC) - over expense payments which at one point went to an Indian court.

FTSE 100 closed in positive territory midweek as stock markets rebounded after Tuesday s falls.
The UK s top share index finished up over 35 points, or 0.52%, at 6,895, with pharma groups and tobacco giants making up some of the top risers.
The more domestically focused FTSE 250 went the other direction though, losing nearly 23 points, or 0.,10%, at 22,085.
Cheif market analyst at online trading group IG Chris Beauchamp noted that the market still seems in search of a new narrative and added that earnings season provides the potential for some more downside as companies find themselves struggling to spin a positive case to justify further appreciation in their stock prices .
