MANILA - Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will get experienced rain showers Thursday due to the prevailing northeast monsoon or "amihan," the weather bureau said. In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said affected areas also include Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Aurora.
