(File photo) MANILA - Most parts of the country will continue to experience rains caused by two weather systems and the trough of a low-pressure area (LPA), the weather bureau said Wednesday. In its 4 a.m. weather advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail over the Eastern Visayas, Bicol, Mimaropa, Caraga, and Davao regions, as well as the provinces of Aklan, Capiz, Quezon, and Aurora brought by the shear line affecting the eastern section of southern Luzon and the Visayas, and the trough of the LPA. Cagayan Valley will experience rains caused by the northeast monsoon or "amihan" affecting northern and central Luzon.
