A judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a woman charged following an arsonrelated fire. 28year old Cassie Zoubek was set to stand trial on charges of witness tampering stemming from a felony Second Degree arson conviction after zoubek was sentenced to 10 to 12 years in prison in july. Zoubek pleaded guilty for her role in burning down a mobile home, in norfolk, in october 2014. On the witness tampering charge, zoubek is accused of asking a whereabouts on the night the mobile home was set on fire. Today, a judge declared a mistrial after three of the jurors selected for the 12person jury declared business and personal conflicts that could interfere with a potential trial. The building was evacuated and haz mat crews called in when the employee said the substance made their hands tingle. After investigating officials determined the substance was clearasil.
