Neeld Community & Arts Centre offered as a Covid vaccine venue The Neeld Community & Arts Centre has been offered to the NHS as a Covid-19 vaccination venue.  Chippenham Town Council has contacted Wiltshire Council and the NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire CCG to offer the hall as a centre for the vaccine roll out.
