NEGAUNEE When locals head past Teal Lake, they’ll see a head frame resting on the ice.
The GINCC and the Negaunee Lions Club set it up over the weekend, to start their annual Teal Lake Meltdown contest.
Last year, over 700 guesses were made to predict when the structure would finally fall through the lake.
It costs $5 to make a guess, and the ticket with the closest time and date is the winner. The winner receives half the money raised, while the other half goes to the Negaunee Lions Club.
