I have always been fascinated by gravity, mainly because I never understood it. Richard Feynman, who gave us the heuristic diagrams of quantum interactions, famously observed that “Nobody understands quantum mechanics”; the same is true of gravity. Like everyone, I know it as a tugging force, dragging you back as you climb a hill, pulling you forward as you descend a force needing to be fought, to struggle against going up or coming down. Seeing images of astronauts floating in their space capsules was a reconciling factor; at least we were grounded, a relief not to find oneself in a condition of permanent levitation. Yet it remains a mystery defying resolution and comprehension.

So inflation is a field that appears by itself when energy density is above a certain threshold in a region, and later it causes that region to expand exponentially fast, and later it disappears by itself when energy density is below a certain threshold?
Why we could still have Black Holes then? We think energy density can become arbitrarily high in the center of BH, but somehow inflation never gets triggered?

LAHORE: Pakistan’s towering philanthropist and humanitarian Bilquis Edhi has been declared the ‘Person of the Decade’, along with human rights rapporteur of the UN Prof Yanghee Lee, and the US ethicist Stephen Soldz.
A spokesperson for the Edhi Foundation told APP that as per the domino effect verdict, announced on Friday by the Impact Hallmarks© [IH], Bilquis Edhi was declared the most impactful person of the first two decades of the 21st century. Bilquis Bano Edhi is a professional nurse and she heads the Bilquis Edhi Foundation. She has spent more than six decades of her life in serving the humanity in need.
