Voters renewed a 0.25% sales tax question that will benefit economic development and infrastructure efforts in Chanute, specifically tuck pointing, HVAC system and window replacement at the Chanute Public Library
Voters selected Tim Fairchild, Tim Egner and Larry Taylor to four-year terms on the Chanute City Commission, according to unofficial election results from the Neosho County Clerk’s Office.
