When Governor Brown eliminated redevelopment agencies statewide we lost huge resource for Affordable Housing construction. This bond measure is a start in the effort to replace those funds. It is not a dollar for dollar replacement. But it is a really good start. The goal is to construct 30,000 Affordable Housing units.
