That would be a great gateway but I can’t see that greenery getting past the wretched value engineers. New bailey is really coming through, it’s getting a real sense of place now in what used to be a horrid area. Am I right in thinking this is the last plot? Once this, those under construction, Middlewood docks and the factory are all complete it’s going to be fantastic; a full and complete new area. Well done Salford.
