The family of a 63-year-old Arby's employee has filed a lawsuit against the store's franchise owner and Arby's after she was found dead inside an Arby's freezer in Louisiana last month.
The woman, who managed the restaurant, “panicked once locked inside and beat her hands bloody trying to escape or get someone’s attention,” the lawsuit says.
