64歲林姓男子擔任新北市永和區某宮廟委員，對外自稱是天道盟美鷹會分子，長期佔據該宮廟辦公室，從事暴力討債等行為，被害人如不配合，動輒以恐嚇、傷害等手段逼迫屈服，行徑囂張，刑事警察局長期蒐證，本月收網逮捕林嫌及手下共5人，訊後依涉嫌刑法恐嚇、傷害等罪嫌移送新北地檢署偵辦。警方調查，林男長期居住美國，10年前回台，經常對外稱是火力強大的美鷹會份子，5年前被永和某宮廟引入擔任委員，協助處理包括廟務等對外事務，林男也經常幫人喬債務及討債，對方不從，他就以言詞恐嚇甚至派小弟動手打人，其中還有70多歲的老翁被他手下打的受傷送醫。
