On Saturday night we headed for the Carrickdale Hotel where a special fundraising night was taking place for Glenmore AC and as was expected, the place was packed for the night that included a performance by the hugely popular Fuzzy Burgers and a very impressive raffle (two tickets for Bruce Springsteen).
Tens of thousands, in costumes and colour, filled Sydney’s streets for the 14 kilometre City2Surf, with the winners posting a time just over 40 minutes.
