Cosras Alestas, of Easton, was an officer with the Bethlehem Police Department, but was terminated after an investigation, Bethlehem Police Chief Michelle Kott said at Wednesday s news conference.
Police believe Alestas' relationship with the 14-year-old girl began in January, but the Bethlehem Area School District did not learn of it until late April.
