The Wayne County Board met last night and appointed Nick Feather and Ritchie Byars to three-year terms on the Wayne and Fairfield Rural Fire Protection District Boards of Trustees, respectively. Byars' appointment was due to the resignation of Ryan Duckworth. The board passed an ordinance for the recovery of approximately $914,000 for Lost Revenue Standard Allowance from Recovery Act funds.
