Good Heavens, this year is going by much faster than I thought.
We’ve already experienced the beginning of a New Year, Dr. Martin Luther King’s birthday and just about every other holiday including Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, etc., all virtually. In fact, virtual (virtually) has become a distinct part of the 2021-22 vocabulary. As Presidents’ Day 2021 have recently gone by and now it’s on to Easter.
I bet many of you haven’t been aware (unless you have children) this was normally February Vacation week.
By the time you read this, the children have been back to school, for the most part, virtually most likely. There is something surreal about all of this. I feel so sorry for the kids. Whether they call it a vacation or a no school day because of a snow storm, nothing really changes.
