LINCOLN – Several streets in Lincoln are ready to be repaved this season. Most significantly, Cobble Hill Road will be completely reclaimed and reconstructed, from the Lincoln/Pawtucket line to Francis Avenue.
Town Engineer Leslie Quish said the state of the pavement after Francis Avenue is in “much better condition,” and that Cobble Hill turns into a state road a bit further on before it intersects with Old Louisquisset Pike.
“We’ve done that particular section before, but this is a road that experiences frequent potholes. The Department of Public Works is constantly over there,” said Quish. “This will be a much needed-improvement for that road.”
