Romer-Lee was working at Morningstar when he decided to leave, in 2013, and set up the consultancy Square Mile with co-founders Nigel Whittingham and David Pickles, alongside Mark James and Jason Broomer. As is often the way, he had ‘fallen’ into financial services.
