PHILADELPHIA – Shortly before trial, a medical malpractice lawsuit brought by the parents of an infant child who underwent emergency surgery to remove one of his testicles was settled.

PHILADELPHIA – A federal judge has green-lighted enforcement of a subpoena to produce a radiologist’s report outlining a toddler’s quality of medical care, in a medical malpractice lawsuit brought by the parents of that same child, who underwent emergency surgery to remove one of his testicles.
ALLENTOWN – A Bethlehem hospital has filed a motion for summary judgment, seeking to dismiss litigation alleging that a local woman died from internal bleeding resulting from a surgery at the very same hospital.
