From October, Hyundai will introduce significant price cuts for the Ioniq 5, Ioniq 6, and Kona EV, with Kia doing the same for the EV6, Niro EV, and Niro Plus.

Hyundai Motor Co (OTC: HYMTF) and Kia Corp reportedly plan to decrease the prices of several electric vehicles (EVs).

In August, the Kia EV6 and EV9 wholesale sales (closely related to production) amounted to 9,578 (up by roughly 100% year-over-year), including 6,916 EV6 and 2,662 EV9.

In terms of E-GMP-based all-electric car sales, the volume gradually increases. In May, the all-electric Kia EV6 noted 9,671 wholesale sales.
