A gas station property with a Dunkin and a convenience store on Central Street in Leominster has sold for $3.5 million.
The property, at 180 Central St. on the southern edge of downtown, has been bought by Niteshkumar Patel and Mukesh Patel, trustees of the JSDP Realty Trust. It was sold by a limited liability corporation registered to the Harvard address of South Coast Development, a builder of gas stations and other retail developments. The sale closed Jan. 14.
South Coast Development bought the site in 2017 for $230,000. The development, called Country Farms and formerly New England Farms, opened in 2018 on what had been a Tarot card reading service.
