affect the american consumer? certain in the short-term, there are minimal affects. over the long-term, what we seeing are big companies getting bigger, trying to own more of the channels that people like to watch and more of the shows that people like to watch. at&t sees itself as in a battle with facebook, google, netflix. the silicon valley giants. at&t believes it needs to own cnn and other channels to keep up. you see comcast making similar moves. the big companies that provide feel more and more they also need to be in the business of hollywood and the business of owning news channels. there can be consumer concerns. i think the judge is saying, goveas t find a different way to address those concerns. this case did not end up holding up. it s interesting to see this being a clear decision, in conditions, no strings attached. it s a rebuke of the government s decision here. it s going to raise questions about trump. it s important to remember
