KENDALLVILLE — The Kendallville board of works agreed Tuesday morning to a construction inspection contract with A&Z Engineering for the second phase of the Drake Road construction project.

Last year was a boom year for homebuilding across Indiana, and although Noble County didn’t see a record spike in new home construction, numbers were up compared to 2019.
