Real estate developer Gulshan Homz has acquired a 2.5-acre land parcel in Sector 129, Noida – one of the most prime real estate locations in the National Capital Region – for Rs 150 crore from a bank. The land parcels are part of Jaypee townships in Noida and Greater Noida, which have become a drawcard for various developers.

Builders in Greater Noida have until March 2024 to complete pending residential projects and registries, as well as address maintenance issues, according to a joint committee formed by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The committee also instructed builders to resolve concerns raised by homebuyers regarding malfunctioning lifts, illegal structures, and pending registries.
