Nokia 5G: Pekka Lundmark, President and CEO, of Nokia, said in the report that the company’s net sales in Mobile Networks declined 19% year-over-year as “we saw some moderation in the pace of 5G deployment in India which meant the growth there was no longer enough to offset the slowdown in North America”.
Nokia 5G: “Through greater collaboration, Vodafone and Nokia will also foster a new developer ecosystem in our home markets by providing a live software-based open network on which to launch innovative products and services for our customers,” said Alberto Ripepi, Chief Network Officer, Vodafone.
The 5G network rollout in India has been remarkable and the country is among the top three nations with the largest 5G installed base in the world, a top Nokia official said on Thursday. Nokia President and CEO Pekka Lundmark was addressing an event during the inauguration of the company's 6G research lab in Bengaluru.
Nokia 5G: “This agreement, spanning Nokia wireless, software, and infrastructure, is designed to accelerate the implementation and adoption of Industry 4.0 applications and use cases across Thai enterprises,” said Ajay Sharma, Head of Thailand and Cambodia at Nokia.
