Continuance Granted, New Stickel Hearing Set for June 25
At the hearing David Stickel’s attorney requested a continuance to complete discovery. After Judge Romano DiBenedetto initially offered a May 28 hearing, attorneys representing the defendants requested additional time. Judge DiBenedetto then offered a new hearing date of June 25. The new omnibus hearing date was granted without objection from the attorneys as well as the prosecutor on the case.
