CHANGES Program Manager

(Open to Somali Nationals) Save the Children, in partnership with International Rescue Committee (IRC) and CARE International, is implementing CHANGES program which stands for Challenging Harmful Attitudes and Norms for Gender Equality and Empowerment in Somalia/Somaliland. This is an empowerment programme to achieve sustainable transformation towards greater social and economic empowerment for women and girls. The programme expected effect(s) on society is to contribute towards greater voice, choice, control and strengthened gender equality and empowerment for Somali women and girls (Impact), by challenging the social norms that perpetuate and validate widespread sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), female genital mutilation and cutting (FGM/C) and child, early, and forced marriage (CEFM). The name of the grant is Challenging Harmful Attitudes and Norms for Gender Equality and Empowerment in Somalia (CHANGES).
