ABC 10/CW5 Those involved in a fatal Gladstone crash on July 11 have been identified. On July 11, a man was pronounced dead on M35 near North Bluff Drive. 22-year-old McCoy Green had been hit by a vehicle while walking on the road. Police have arrested Melissa Narkooli of Perkins. She is lodged at the Delta County Jail for one count of operating while intoxicated, causing death. This story will be updated as more details emerge.
