Almost none of the 75 libraries that responded to a survey by the State Library relocated books after the Legislature passed a bill barring "explicit sexual content" from children's sections.
I don't want these laws to be enforced. They're stupid laws with ugly motivations behind them. Still, I wonder what the point was in passing them if no plans were made for enforcement.
