) (the Company ) is pleased to announce that mobilization has begun for its 2021 geophysical and diamond drilling programs at its flagship 35,705 hectare Moore Uranium Project, located approximately 15 kilometres east of Denison Mine s Wheeler River project and near regional infrastructure on the southeast side of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The Company has planned a 9 km Small Moving Loop EM (SML-EM) geophysical program to refine additional drill targets and has begun mobilization of drilling equipment for a subsequent 3,000 metre diamond drilling program consisting of 10 to 12 drill holes. These fully funded and permitted programs will focus on following-up on existing unconformity and basement-hosted targets along the high grade Maverick structural corridor as well as identifying new targets at the Grid Nineteen area.

A total of 5,340,000 warrants have been exercised since early January with the majority with a strike price of 27 cents expiring later this year. Skyharbour is fully funded for its upcoming drill programs at its flagship Moore Lake Uranium Project with a total of over CAD $5 million in cash and in shares of partner companies. Partner companies Azincourt, Orano and Valor Resources are funding the bulk of the exploration programs at the Preston, East Preston and Hook Lake (previously North Falcon Point) Projects, respectively.

) (the Company ) announced that partner company Valor Resources Limited ( Valor ) has entered into an Agreement with TerraLogic Exploration Inc. ( TerraLogic ) to provide mineral exploration services on its Hook Lake (previously called North Falcon Point) uranium project located in the eastern Athabasca Basin area of Saskatchewan. The first phase of exploration work will be an airborne geophysical survey over the Hook Lake Project. TerraLogic is currently finalizing the flight grid and technical parameters for the survey and soliciting quotes from airborne contractors with contracts anticipated to be finalized in March.
