MADISON, Wis. A Madison man has been officially charged with a fatal hit-and-run crash on East Washington Avenue over the weekend.
Antoine Johnson, 35, was charged Thursday with felony hit-and-run resulting in death and misdemeanor bail jumping.
According to a criminal complaint, a Madison police officer was driving along East Washington Avenue and saw a man lying in the median lane between North Paterson and North Livingston streets early Saturday morning. The officer said several cars were stopped and multiple people stood around the victim, who was later identified as 30-year-old Sean Crisco.
