The Great Trail Council of the Boy Scouts of America is all new for 2021 and now is known as the Stambaugh District. The council in 2020 chose to merge four districts. State Representative Darren Bailey is reminding people of some new laws that will take effect on Friday, including one that will limit the cost of a 30-day supply of insulin to $100, whether or not that is the actual cost of providing the medicine.
