Better Housing Coalition proposing two developments in Chesterfield
The Chesterfield County Planning Commission meets Tuesday. Full agenda here. Among other business, planners will weigh whether to recommend two separate applications for new residential developments in the county.
Better Housing Coalition has filed rezoning and conditional-use permit requests to pave the way for a 152-unit development on a 9.8-acre parcel at 13916 Jefferson Davis Highway. The development would include 16 townhome units and 136 apartments, as well as a 3,000-square-foot community center.
The housing nonprofit also has filed a rezoning and conditional-use permit application tied to a proposed three-story, 49-unit residential building on 3.5 acres at 3901 Stigall Drive.
