YOUNGSTOWN — The city’s parks and recreation summer programs, shut down in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, are moving ahead this year. The city’s summer camp program will be June 7 to Aug. 6 with early registration starting today. YOUNGSTOWN — The city plans to reopen its parks, pavilions, pool, golf course and summer camp program with COVID-19 pandemic safety guidelines in place.
