Montville Michael Caccavale, one of two people allegedly responsible for a 2015 Montville robbery, was arrested on Dec. 22.
Caccavale, 40, of Yonkers, N.Y., was charged with first-degree robbery, fifth-degree larceny, criminal attempt/conspiracy and first-degree conspiracy to commit robbery.
Trooper Josue Dorelus of the state police’s media relations unit said in an email that detectives arrived at the Great Meadow Correctional Facility in Comstock, N.Y., where Caccavale was being held on similar but unrelated charges.”
“Arrangements were made for Caccavale to be extradited back to Connecticut to be served with a felony arrest warrant related to the robbery committed at the Chucky s convenience store located in Montville, CT on March 22, 2015,” Dorelus wrote.
