An Upper Merion man faces prison time and a lifetime of reporting his address to police on charges he engaged in online conversations with an undercover agent posing as a 13-year-old girl and then traveled to a Conshohocken location to try to have a sexual encounter with who he believed was the minor.

Michael Wiggins, 28, of King of Prussia was sentenced to 4 to 11 months in the Montgomery County jail for having indecent contact with a woman as she walked on a trail along the Schuylkill River in Upper Merion Township in May 2022.
