A couple years later in 2005, i assume opposed to nato, hard to believe now but in actual fact we were seriously talking about russia becoming a member of nato. And being a part of a membership action plan and we had a few draft sent had some discussions. Saying all that, the Alliance Still goes at Great Lengths to endorse and support and embrace arms control. And the reciprocity aspect of that.
