Hartford improved to 2-0 with the win and was led by strong performances on both ends of the field, according to coach Heather Hartford. “St. Johnsbury took the early lead, but the girls battled right back with overall great team play. The defense communicated well, the offense was very fluent and both goalies represented the team well,” Hartford said.
