DEVELOPER GLENVEAGH CAN now enter talks with Dublin City Council on its plan to sell 71 apartments to the Council for an estimated €33.44 million.
This follows An Bord Pleanala giving Glenveagh the green light for ‘fast track’ Strategic Housing Development (SHD) plans for 702 ‘build to rent’ apartments at Castleforbes Business Park at Sheriff Street and East Rd, Dublin 1.
