The fire started in the burning in the vacant building just next door to the one where youre looking at where the firefighters are on top of the roof. Just before 5 00 this morning. That was a vacant building. The house next door was occupied, we understand, by witnesses here, by four people. There was one man who lived downstairs, and three people were living upstairs. A woman and man and a young man early 20s. They all got out okay because of some quick action by passer bys.
