New York State Wage Range Disclosure Law To Hit Governor's Desk
The New York State Legislature passed Senate Bill S9427, requiring employers with above four employees to include salary range in job postings, including promotions, transfers, for jobs that can, will be done in New York State. Governor Kathy Hochul must sign.
