Tumlin will talk about this, but last week we did have a press event with supervisors peskin and preston announcing that we will be delaying our fare increases. Obviously when we were voting upon that fare increase, we could not have understood the magnitude of what was before us and not to mention we didnt really have a path forward in being able to fund the operations, so i want to thank you supervisors peskin and preston for working with us to come up with solutions which i cannot tell you what they are today. But to look at how we can fill those funding gaps which primarily effect us in year two of the budget cycle, not so much in year one. That will be coming back to us in the future. And also with that we will not be having a Charter Amendment related to sfmta. Thank director tumlin for his work in working with the supervisors, and just say it was a pleasure to be there to represent the board last week at kirkland lard. The new dwelling units there. And it would maintain the same decision on denying the variance for the open space and exposure. So if you chose not to grant the appeal, the project would be approved with the rear yard variance but not the variance for the basement unit. Okay, and i want to say one thing to the variance requester. I think that part of what you asked why this didnt meet code. And my understanding is the dimensions of the rear yard dont meet the requirements for the rear yard to provide light and air, which have even been reduced from previous dimensions. And then your proposals where you have this slant going like this is actually the opposite. So its a triangle that would go like this. So you have to maintain that space and increase that space as you go up. And so you certainly would not be able to meet that space on those alternative proposals either. When you talk about congestion and the balance of people getting into vehicles and the lack of Public Transportation at this point. And probably the people on the west side see a lack of Public Transportation the most because its just not there. And i feel particularly in my district that its really lacking. Theres a few lines that are running and i want to thank m. T. A. For getting the 43 line back and running. Thats one of the few lines that we have now that go up on the hill a little bit. Theres no plans to bring back in some. And if you take the area around parkson, that when you cut off the line with the 57, youre pretty much like the desert there and so in rethinking and it seems that 57 and other lines like that are not in the plans to come back and it means that we have workers that need to get to work uptown and so forth and so how do you balance
