CLINTON - Tracy Eileen Clancy, 61, died peacefully Sunday (Nov. 12, 2023) at the Ocean Meadow Memory Care facility in Clinton, after a courageous battle with frontotemporal dementia. Tracy was the beloved wife of Robert and the cherished mother of Kelly, the focus of her life for more than 25 years.
