Crispin Odey has admitted to sexual misconduct for the first time, justifying his actions due to being “under heavy medication”.

Odey Asset Management has filed the official cessation notice of founder Crispin Odey as a person with significant control of the firm.

Odey AM has moved its registered offices from 18 Upper Brook Street to 64 North Row, home to “London’s first six star” serviced offices.

Odey AM subsidiary Brook AM will be closing its Brook Global Emerging Markets fund due to a “significant reduction” in assets under management.

The three companies inheriting ten funds from Odey Asset Management and Brook Asset Management are set to receive reduced strategies.

Link Fund Solutions will lift the suspension of dealing in the LF Brook Absolute Return fund, it said in an investor letter yesterday (17 July).

The LF Brook Absolute Return fund will remain suspended, Link Fund Solutions said in a letter to shareholders seen by Investment Week.
