I started contacting the city departments in november. And i kept getting put off and, finally to the middle of january about whether or not we could have that festival or not. I was about to go into a Board Meeting so i had to call somebody in a position of power to notify them that i was walking into a meeting embarrassed to say that nothing had been done.
