CITY OF MITCHELL SOUTH DAKOTA 9TH & 5TH RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT 22200908 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the 9th and 5th Reconstruction Project will be received by The City of Mitchell, at the office of the Finance Officer in City Hall, 612 N Main Street, Mitchell SD, until 1:30 PM local time on March 17, 2022, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read in the City Council Chambers of City Hall. The Project consists of utility and surfacing construction including sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer reconstruction as well as surfacing reconstruction including asphalt paving, sidewalks, driveways, and other corresponding construction items on 9th Avenue from Sanborn Boulevard to Lawler Street and 5th Avenue from Sanborn Boulevard to Main Street.
