Glendale Police say the shooter that injured several, including a child, at an outlet mall near the Westgate Entertainment District has been released from the hospital and is now in jail, facing a slew of charges.
It started after a 17-year-old boy shopping with the child and his mother encountered another boy, 15, Glendale police said. Both teens knew each other.
Authorities say a fight between two armed teens sparked a shooting at a suburban Phoenix outlet mall, leaving a 4-year-old boy and three others wounded
