An Olathe man who was wrongly identified as a suspect in the Chiefs rally shooting via viral social media posts has filed an invasion of privacy lawsuit against a Tennessee congressman.

“We’re starting to see the government get attacked a lot more and millions of dollars being paid out,” Speaker Pro Tem Blake Carpenter said. “We’re wanting to address it within this legislation to find solutions.”
