Known as Riverlea, this house on the Bluefish River was built circa 1741 by shipping magnate Samuel Frazer and is now part of Duxbury’s Old Shipbuilder’s Historic District.
“The house is so incredible because we have so much history behind it,” listing agent Allison Cayzer said. “There is a really great shipbuilding history here.”
“It’s such an exciting property because it has that history but also because it has those modern features inside,” she said.
