At least 81 per cent of respondents are positive and open to factoring a foldable phone in their future smartphone purchase, a report said on Wednesday.

Foldable smartphones are rapidly rising in popularity globally, including India, and keeping the trend in mind which has been set by Samsung, Chinese brand OPPO has launched its maiden foldable smartphone called Find N.

Oppo has finally unveiled its first foldable, the Find N. The Find N aims to improve usability over the likes of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 with a compact form factor when folded and a large-enough landscape mode when fully opened. The Find N is powered by the Snapdragon 888 and sports a 50 MP triple-camera setup along with a 4,500 mAh battery. The device will be China-exclusive for now but is set to retail cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3.

Smartphone maker OPPO on Wednesday unveiled its first foldable flagship smartphone OPPO Find N that comes with triple-camera at the rear, selfie cameras on both inner and outer displays, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and up to 12GB RAM.

The Find N is OPPOs first-gen foldable smartphone, and is said to have a main display with many high-end specs in common with that of the Galaxy Z Fold3. This, according to TheElec, is because both panels came from the same company: Samsung. Then again, the OPPO version is projected to vary drastically in its dimensions.

Evan Blass has published official renders of the forthcoming Oppo Find N foldable and it certainly looks like an appealing proposition. The new images clearly show the back of the device for the first time and reveal some camera details too.
